Who's my HCAI User Administrator?

Every insurer and health care facility that is registered with HCAI is set up with at least one HCAI user administrator. User administrators are individuals at each organization who are responsible for managing the user accounts of other HCAI users within the organization. For most larger organizations, the user administrator is a member of the Information Technology (IT) department of that organization. For health care facilities, the person that signed the HCAI Electronic Terms and Conditions form is the first user administrator and is called the Authorizing Officer. There will always be at least one user administrator responsible for administering HCAI users in an organization.
